Finally, “Star Trek” is worth watching again.
J.J. Abrams‘ re-imagining of the franchise is not a perfect movie by any means, with a cliched meeting of old Spock and young Kirk that takes, “suspension of disbelief” to whole new heights. But other than that I really enjoyed this film.

Principal photography in Puerto Rico has begun on “The Rum Diary,” with Johnny Depp reprising his role of Gonzo journalist Dr. Hunter S. Thompson.
Based on the first novel by Hunter S. Thompson, Depp, is joined by Aaron Eckhart (“Dark Knight” and “Thank You for Smoking”) Amber Heard (“Pineapple Express”), Michael Rispoli (“The Taking of Pelham 1 2 3″), Richard Jenkins (“Burn After Reading” and “The Visitor”) and Giovanni Ribisi (“Lost in Translation”and “Public Enemies”).
